Tenders are sought for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of a Coherent OTDR Fiber Sensing Module for Trinity College Dublin (TCD). The proposed Module shall provide real-time, phase-sensitive distributed sensing along standard optical fibers for applications including smart infrastructure monitoring, structural health monitoring, and critical asset protection. The Module must integrate Attenuation (A-), Brillouin (B-), and Coherent (C-) OTDR technologies in a single compact platform and support firmware modification access.
