Call-off contract under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement RM1557.14, Lot 2 Cloud Software, for the provision of the TLM Portal annual software licence and support. The portal provides electronic completion of health needs assessment questionnaires, electronic alerts, reporting, dashboards, data functionality and PDS integration to support the assessment and monitoring of the health and wellbeing needs of children and young people.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a 12-month call-off contract under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement RM1557.14, Lot 2 Cloud Software, to Aire Innovate Limited. The contract covers the TLM Portal annual software licence and support from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. The service provides: • electronic completion of health needs assessment questionnaires for School Entry, Year 6, Mid-Teens and Further Education; • electronic alerts to identify individuals who may require further assessment or follow-up; • access to individual information to support appropriate interventions; • reporting to monitor interventions, outputs and outcomes; • anonymised public health data and reporting functionality; • dashboards providing aggregated information; • annual portal evaluation; and • PDS integration.
