The municipality is the owner of both land, buildings and sites. When new contracts are signed, the municipality will primarily prioritise entering into a long-term fastening contract for up to 15 years, where the tenderer takes over and procures buildings and installations at technical valuation (referred to as model A). Secondly, it will also be possible to submit a tender for camping operations based on the hire of ground, building and construction with a 5-7 year hire agreement (model B). Langeby camping involves a fastening contract or hire contract, operation of the parking area which also includes renting 12 equally large flats (a'45 m2) and adjoining service building.
