The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the provision of scaffolding services to ESB Generating Stations. The Framework will be divided into 4 regional Lots. ESB intend to enter into a multi-party framework agreement for each Lot. One company may submit a proposal for one or more of the Lots.
