ELIA is launching a European tendering procedure with the objective of concluding a framework agreement for the supply of telecom cabinets within ELIA's electrical substations. The scope of this tender is strictly limited to the delivery of standardized cabinet solutions, designed to host telecommunication, control and data communication equipment supporting protection, monitoring and operational systems across the transmission network. Installation, on-site assembly and any related works are explicitly excluded from the scope. The tender procedure is structured into a single Lot, covering the full range of cabinet configurations required by ELIA. Further details will be provided in the tender documents. The framework agreement will enable ELIA to place call-off orders for the delivery of cabinets to existing and future substations. Orders may be placed either directly by ELIA or by pre-qualified contractors acting on behalf of ELIA, typically responsible for the installation works on site.
