This invitation is for providers to work in partnership with NCC on joint delivery arrangements. NCC will deliver the qualifications and staff will be employed by NCC for the duration of the partnership agreement.

The partners will recruit appropriate learners for the courses and will lead on employer engagement and support learners through to positive outcomes – employment and /or career progression.

To provide training and education opportunities to adults 19+ and to provide support to individuals to achieve overall outcome - gaining employment and /or employment career progression.
