The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service (KDI) plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for bedding and textile products during Q3 2026. The Norwegian Correctional Service is planning a procurement of bedding and textile products for its units. The procurement includes duvets, pillows, covers, sheets, towels and other textiles, both flame retardating and non-flame retardating execution, as well as some special requirements such as allergy-friendly assortment and target adapted curtains. The need is for the Norwegian Correctional Service units in all regions. This is a repurchase and the pending agreement will be obligatory for the included units. KDI is conducting a market survey in order to get an overview of what the market can offer and how the market can solve the Norwegian Correctional Service ́s needs in the best possible way.
