The objective of this procurement is to ensure The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's operational stability through maintenance and preventative work on the contract ́s lifts in Troms and Svalbard. Operation and maintenance includes, among other things, operational visits, reporting and condition assessments. The portfolio consists of different manufacturer and type of lifts.
