There is a considerable number of fires in the institutions and centres, most of which occur in the resident rooms. Based on this, there is a need to be able to purchase mattresses, fitting textiles and curtains of flame retardating quality. Flame retardating quality of textiles and mattresses will reduce the extent of damage when subject to fire. The maximum value shall take into account normal price regulations, unforeseen replacement needs, potential increases in the need volume and other uncertainty that may arise during the contract period.
