The Contract is to undertake Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation, Surveying and Monitoring Works only to Properties owned or managed by the Client. This may include the Properties of any other organisation that the Client manages now or in the future and any additional Properties the Client subsequently acquires by development, stock transfer or purchase.
