Gjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. The term operational assignments includes snow clearing and gritting of roads, car parks and foot paths/pavements etc. Framework agreements shall be signed for winter maintenance which consists of a fixed part (stand-by allowance) and a variable part (snow clearing, gritting etc.). Framework agreement for winter maintenance - lot 1

Gjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. The term operational assignments includes snow clearing and gritting of roads, car parks and foot paths/pavements etc. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to ensure that winter maintenance is carried out in accordance with the current service level (self-call-out) in accordance with the current requirements. The contracting authority has the right to call out the tenderer to perform services under the contract when he sees a need for this or finds this appropriate. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please refer to part 2 Annex 1 with sub-annex. The procurement is divided into two lots. This sub-contract is for lot 1 - Fiane, Brokelandsheia and Gjerstad.
