Provision of Commercial Cost Advisor services in support of the Ardrossan Harbour Redevelopment Project.

The services comprise commercial and cost management support, procurement and contract advisory services, cost planning, risk and change management, tender evaluation support, project controls, business case support and related consultancy services required throughout the development and delivery phases of the project.
