Limerick City and County Council hereinafter referred to as LCCC are establishing a Tender for the maintenance/repair/replacement of existing boilers (gas, oil) and associated equipment on a reactive basis across its Local Authority housing stock. This tender will create a framework subject to sufficient qualifying tenders.
