The Contracting Authority in this procurement is Sørreisa municipality k.nr: 5526 The Contracting Authority shall procure leasing official vehicles for use by several municipal departments. The procurement includes vehicles that shall cover a broad spectrum of service needs, including health and care services, mental health, residential and follow-up services, as well as operations and property. The objective of the procurement is to ensure access to reliable, functional and cost efficient vehicles that are well suited to municipal service production, local driving conditions and usage patterns. The vehicles shall contribute to efficient service execution at the same time as emphasising comfort, safety, universal use and low operating costs. In order to achieve an appropriate and clear procurement, the vehicle need is structured in a limited number of vehicle segments based on their size, area of use and function. Tenderers are free to submit tenders for one, several or all sub-contracts.

1. Sub-contract passenger vehicle

The sub-contract applies for passenger cars in middle class.

2. Lot goods van - electric

The lot is for electric goods vans.

3. Sub-contract goods van stand-by

The sub-contract is for goods vans with fossile fuel due to stand-by.

4. Sub-contract goods van option

This sub-contract is an option and comprises the delivery of medium class electric goods vans. At the time of publication, the contracting authority has not made a final decision as to whether the procurement shall be carried out. The final decision will be made after political treatment by the municipal council in December. The contracting authority is free to take up or not trigger the option, completely or partly, within the limits stated in the tender documentation and contract.
