NordLab is planning the procurement of NGS analytics software for use within its clinical laboratory genetics services. The objective is to gain insight into solutions available on the market, their capabilities, and suppliers' ability to meet current and future needs in clinical diagnostics. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect information to support procurement planning. This RFI is neither a contract notice nor a request for tender and does not obligate the contracting authority to carry out a procurement procedure. The software solution under consideration is intended for clinical use in genetic testing and analysis. The software should support NGS data analysis and interpretation and enable a high-quality, traceable, and standards-compliant analytical workflow. The software is expected to support, among others, the following use cases: Analysis of hereditary diseases Detection of somatic and germline variants Variant classification and clinical interpretation
