The Norwegian Environment Agency plans to implement the procurement process for entering into framework agreements for it consultancy services in system development and specialised disciplines. The aim is to ensure access to competence for the further development, management and modernisation of digital systems, as well as support for product teams and multi-disciplinary initiatives. The agreements shall cover both developer resources and specialists in, among other things, project management, architecture, design, consultancy and technological roles. We plan to announce the procurement in week 25, with an accompanying tender conference in week 26. The conference will be held digitally. The tender deadline for the procurement will be 1 September.
