MSV Housing was seeking to secure a contractor for the above contract that consists of service & maintenance of a number of M&E systems as listed below, to properties within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire, the procurement will be conducted via Contractor DPS – Lots 27,28,29,30 and 31. Assets include: Door Entry, Warden Call, Auto Doors, Auto Gates, Barriers, Intruder Alarms Contract duration will be for a period of 36 months with an option for a further 12 months based on satisfactory performance.

General Build

MSV Housing have appointed a list of subcontractors to provide general build & disrepair works to both tenanted and voids properties. The tender exercise will be conducted via Contractor DPS - Lot 36 – Capital Works – Roofing. Contract Notice Reference No. 2024/S 000-030842. Contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 3 x 12 months based on satisfactory performance.

Category 13- Compliance Legionella Monitoring

Compliance legionella monitoring works to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 14- Compliance Asbestos Removal

Asbestos Removal works and services to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 15- Compliance Asbestos Surveys

Asbestos survey services to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 16- Compliance Lift Servicing & Maintenance

Lift servicing and maintenance services to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 17- Compliance Fire Risk Assessments

Fire risk assessments services to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 18- Compliance 18 Fire alarm servicing including emergency lights, fire blankets, sprinklers

Damp & Mould Works

Assets and cyclical hygiene cleaning works to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 24- A&C Damp & Mould Specialists

Asset and cyclical damp and mould specialist works to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 25- A&C Decorators

Asset and cyclical decorating works and services to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 26- A&C Timber Specialists

Assets and cyclical timber specialist works and services to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 27- FM&M&E General Facilities Management

Facilities management & mechanical & electrical general facilities management servicces including but not limited to cleaning, window cleaning to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 28- FM&M&E Door Entry Systems

Facilities management & mechanical & electrical door entry systems works, services and maintenance to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 29- FM&M&E Auto Doors

Facilities management & mechanical & electrical auto doors servicing, maintenance and works to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 3- R&M Flooring

Repairs and maintenance Flooring works to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 30- FM&M&E Auto Gates

Facilities management & mechanical & electrical auto gates servicing, maintenance and works to meet the needs of MSV.

Category 31- FM&M&E Barriers
