Herefordshire Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Childrens Rights and Advocacy Service and Independent Visitors Service. The procurement is divided into two lots: • Lot 1 - Childrens Rights and Advocacy Service • Lot 2 - Independent Visitors Service Bidders may submit a tender for one or both Lots depending on the services they are able to deliver and their capability and capacity to meet the requirements of the relevant Lot(s). The Council intends to appoint a maximum of one supplier for each Lot. – Lot nr.: 1 Childrens Rights and Advocacy Services Children´s Rights and Advocacy Service for eligible children and young people accessing Herefordshire children´s social care services. This includes children in need, children subject to child protection plans, children looked after, care leavers up to the age of 25 and 16/17-year-olds who are presenting as homeless.
