Tromsø municipality would like to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of ICT consultancy services. The objective is to: • Ensure the municipality access to broad and updated ICT professional competence - including artificial intelligence and new digital technologies. • Contribute to increased competition by allowing as many suppliers as possible to qualify for the scheme. The service will be divided into different categories that allow organisations with top competence to participate in the 'sin' category.
