F-gas certification is required in this contract. Tenderers must have both company certification and sufficient personnel certification category 1 in order to carry out service assignments under this framework agreement. Some of the refrigerating products are complicated and large refrigerating machines. On these systems, The Directorate of Public Construction and Property needs a service provider who has 24 hour contingency that can perform servicing and repairs.
