Produce Outline Design, complete buildability review and assist with Submission of Outline Business Case to include (but is not limited to) services such as: -provide input into the Survey Schedule -identify any licenses and consents required for the delivery of the project including for temporary works -Develop high level construction methodology including temporary works for short list options and outline design methodology for final outline design -Outline design for coastal defence on each section A-G
