This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) serves to provide satellite capacity on C- and Ku-bands to Swedish Armed Forces (SwAF). Suppliers which conforms to the requirements in these documents can request to participate in the system. A supplier can apply for one of the two bands, or both, under Application lots in Kommers. Candidates who fulfil the requirements will be added as a Participant on the Qualified Bidders List. There will be an initial 30 days application period, starting 2020-12-11, ending on 2021-01-10 with last day for questions on 2021-01-05. Applications received within this period will be evaluated _before_ the first invitation to tender is issued. The system will have a lifetime of 6 years, from the date the first invitation to tender is issued. The system is open for applicants during the system´s lifetime apply to participate in the system. Applications received _after_ the initial 30 day period will be evaluated _after_ the first invitation to tender has been issued.
