IT Resource Qualification System
Purpose
daa intends to establish a Qualification System for the provision of skilled IT contract resources to support the delivery of projects, programmes and business-as-usual activities across the daa IT function.
The Qualification System will be available to suppliers with the capability and capacity to source, recruit and supply suitably qualified IT professionals across a range of technology disciplines.
Scope
The Qualification System will support the engagement of individual contract resources and specialist teams as required by daa. Requirements may arise across a broad range of IT disciplines, including but not limited to:

Role requirements will be defined by daa as needs arise during the term of the Qualification System.
Mini-Competition Process
Suppliers admitted to the Qualification System will be invited to participate in mini-competitions for specific resource requirements. For each requirement, daa will issue a detailed role profile, including the required skills, experience, duration, location and evaluation criteria.
Duration
The Qualification System will remain open for a period of five (5) years. New suppliers may apply for admission throughout the life of the Qualification System, subject to meeting the qualification criteria.
Target Suppliers
daa welcomes expressions of interest from suppliers with demonstrated expertise in the provision of high-quality IT contract and professional resources, including specialist recruitment agencies, IT staffing providers, managed resource partners and technology consultancy organisations with resource augmentation capabilities.
