CMAL wish to appoint a sole supplier in respect of the demolition of the redundant Gourock Warehouse, and the associated remedial works required post demolition.

The scope of works includes the demolition of the existing warehouse building while maintaining the integrity of the main electrical supply for the site. Works include the erection of a new structure around the existing electrical supply and boards, new supply cables being run to the various installations, removal of separate bunded fuel tanks and the installation of new street furniture.
