The scope concerns the civil, finishing and infrastructure works for the new cooling water building (B63), the new ECH buildings (B18), the new ICH building (B20) and the new ECH and ICH bridges. After receipt of the tenders, the contracting authority may arrange for the negotiations to take place in stages in order to reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated to three, by applying the award criteria set out in the procurement documents The placement of a contract under this procedure is subject to the transfer of the scope by the ITER Organization

New Heating Buildings

The scope concerns the civil, finishing and infrastructure works for the new cooling water building (B63), the new Electron Cyclotron Heating (ECH) buildings (B18), the new Ion Cyclotron Heating (ICH) building (B20) and the new ECH and ICH bridges. Estimated volume of works for the Baseline: 15000m³ of ground excavation, 11500m³ of reinforced concrete, 1400 tons of primary metallic structures, 12000m2 of cladding, 4800m2 of Roofing. Estimated volume of works for the Option: 1000m2 of road, 170m2 of pedestrian path, 500m2 of false ceiling.
