Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari pyytää tarjoustanne kiinteistöjen pihojen talvikunnossapidosta sopimusajalle 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028, jonka jälkeen voidaan tilaajan päätöksellä jatkaa sopimusta alkuperäisin ehdoin yhdellä (1+1) optiovuodella. Hankinta pitää sisällään kiinteistöjen pihojen lumienaurauksen ja hiekoituksen. Työtä tehdään vuoden jokaisena päivänä sään mukaisesti.

Pihojen auraus- ja hiekoitustyöt

Osa-alue 1 koskee liitteen 1 Kohteet välilehdellä alue 1 olevien kiinteistöjen talvikunnossapitoa sopimusajalla 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028. Hankinta pitää sisällään kiinteistöjen pihojen lumien aurauksen ja hiekoitustyöt.
