Sarpsborg municipality (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) would like to enter into a contract for a tool/system that is developed to counteract working life crime and social dumping and to promote seriousness in the industry. The municipality would like to be able to obtain a better overview and control of its projects/contracts independent of the executing contractor/supplier.

Award criteria

The award will be on the basis of which tender has the best relation between price/cost and quality. 1. Price (40 %)  Under this criteria: The offered price in the form of a completed price form. 2. Quality (60 %) Under this criteria: Functionality and user friendliness (70 %) Implementation, operation and follow-up (30 %)
