Framework agreement for maintenance, repairs and redesign of furniture and fixtures
Sub-contract 1 Maintenance of furniture and fixtures.
Sub-contract 1 shall cover services concerning maintenance and minor repairs beyond the products ́ guarantee. This involves work that ensures that the furniture maintains its quality and functionality by wear or the like. The sub-contract is aimed at maintenance work that is generally carried out at the organisation without extensive disassembly and special parts etc. The services included in the sub-contract are not limited to, but can, for example, be the following: * Maintenance work * Simple repairs (minor damage, wear, loose parts etc.) * Spot removal and impregnation * Re-tensioning screws etc. * Cleaning and maintenance of textiles and surfaces * Condition Checks * Other related services
Sub-contract 2 Repairs of furniture and fixtures: Furniture makers and furniture sheaps
Sub-contract 2 shall cover services concerning repairs of furniture and fixtures, which are not included in the products ́ warranty. This involves work that restores the furniture's quality and function by destruction and wear through repairs, stopping, covers and the like of furniture. As a starting point, the work shall be carried out by furniture makers and/or furniture sheds, and the furniture shall as a rule be taken to the tenderer's repair workshop. The services included in the sub-contract are not limited to, but can, for example, be: * Repairs of furniture * Restoration * Stopping and retraction * Other related services
Sub-contract 3 Redesign of furniture and fixtures
Sub-contract 3 shall include services for redesign of furniture and fixtures. Redesign involves giving a new look or new function to existing furniture and fixtures. In Oslo municipality's entities there are furniture and fixtures that have either played out their need, or for which there is no longer a need in its current condition. It is therefore desirable to redesign relevant furniture and fixtures for products that cover new or other needs. Tenderers must both be able to design and design a solution proposal, carry out the work and have final responsibility for the delivered product.
