The contracting authority needs flexible access to external competence within auditing services as support in risk based inspection activities. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that gives the contracting authority access to specialised competence as needed, including monitoring client resources, compliance with the anti-money laundering regulations, mapping ownership structures and background checks, as well as the use of technology and data analysis for streamlining inspections and reporting. The contracting authority would like to procure the services on an hourly or project basis. The deliveries shall support the contracting authority ́s work with risk based inspections in accordance with FATF ́s expectations and it shall contribute to effective, quality assured and knowledge based execution of inspections. Tenderers shall provide professional independent, documentable and verifiable assessments that can be used directly in the contracting authority ́s inspection work and decision processes.
