Nav invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement for interpretation services for the Deaf, hearing impaired and deaf blind. In accordance with the National Insurance Act, hearing impaired, deaf and deaf blind persons are entitled to interpreter help. The target group of the Deaf, hearing impaired and deaf blind who currently use Nav ́s interpretation service is 2,700 people. The procurement includes interpretation services for persons nationwide in work, education, health and daily life. Nav carries out interpretation services both by using its own permanent employees interpreters and external interpreters.  The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for this part of the need for interpretation services that are not covered by Nav ́s internal capacity. This procurement follows the procedure for negotiated procedure in two stages. The contracting authority will choose which tenderers will be invited to submit a tender among those who fulfil the qualification requirements. This is the qualification phase, documentation for both phases is attached.    The framework agreement period is 2 + 1 + 1 years. The procurement ́s total value is estimated to NOK 1,063 billion excluding VAT. The maximum value is 1.38 billion NOK excluding VAT.
