Uppdraget innefattar att leverera teknisk distanssupport på våra laddstationer och vätgastankstationer: • Laddstationer för elfordon - Ca 400 laddare och över 1000 laddpunkter lokaliserade i Sverige i dagsläget • Vätgasstationer – fyra stycken stationer lokaliserade i Umeå, Storuman samt två i Göteborg Supportbehovet omfattar kvällar (16:00-08:00), helger och helgdagar (dygnet runt). Support ska vara tillgänglig via telefon.
