EIT Food IVZW seeks to procure external professional services for the design and implementation of quality standards, accreditation frameworks, quality assurance processes and skills-recognition mechanisms for EIT Community Education during the period 2026–2028. The procurement covers activities relating to Girls Go STEM, EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction and EIT Campus, including support for EIT Label accreditation, micro-credentials, quality assurance frameworks, accreditation criteria, educational quality reviews and related certification activities. Tenderers may submit proposals for one or both lots. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Quality Standards and Accreditation Framework Design. Lot 2: Quality Assurance Implementation and WP-Specific Application. The resulting contract(s) will run from contract signature until 31 December 2028.

Quality Standards and Accreditation Framework Design

This lot covers the design, consolidation and documentation of quality standards, accreditation frameworks and quality assurance methodologies for EIT Community Education activities. The services include development of overarching quality standards, accreditation criteria, assessment methodologies, evidence requirements, EIT Label support, micro-credential frameworks and the contextualisation of such frameworks for Girls Go STEM, EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction and EIT Campus. The contract period runs from contract signature until 31 December 2028. Tenderers may submit a proposal for this lot independently.

Quality Assurance Implementation and WP-Specific Application

This lot covers the implementation and application of quality standards, accreditation frameworks and quality assurance processes for EIT Community Education during the period 2026–2028. The successful contractor shall apply the quality standards and accreditation frameworks developed under Service 1 to the educational activities of Girls Go STEM, EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction and EIT Campus. The services include accreditation support, quality reviews, compliance assessments, implementation of EIT Label and micro-credential frameworks, quality monitoring, stakeholder coordination, credential pathway pilots and related operational quality assurance activities. The contractor shall implement and apply the agreed frameworks without redesigning or modifying the underlying standards or assessment logic. Tenderers may submit a proposal for this lot independently of Lot 1.
