Together Housing Association (including all THG companies) are seeking to secure insurance cover by appointing a single provider for each of ten separate insurance category Lots, to include classes of insurance such as Property damage, Property owners liability, Public Liability, Employers Liability, Contractors Risks, Computer, Professional Indemnity, Crime, Director and Officers and Entity, Medical Malpractice, Travel, Drone, Commercial Fleet, Terrorism, Cyber. The contract/s will commence on the 1st of April 2027 for three initial years until the 31st of March 2030, with the option to extend by up to two additional years either as a full two year extension option or in annual increments to a maximum period of five years ending on the 31st of March 2032.
