The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) has the statutory remit for managing EU funding programmes within Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland helping to foster peace and prosperity across the region. PEACEPLUS is a new cross-border funding Programme supported by the European Union, the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Government of Ireland, and the Northern Ireland administration. The Programme is designed to support peace and prosperity across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland, building upon the work of the previous PEACE and INTERREG Programmes.  In line with programme requirements and guidance, the SEUPB require a series of Impact Evaluations to be undertaken. Impact evaluations assess the change achieved by PEACEPLUS regarding each of the Programme’s objectives. They will evaluate the extent to which observed changes can be attributed to the Programme and which factors influenced achievement. Impact evaluations will also gather richer data on projects’ achievements and effects than can be captured through the monitoring system alone. In line with the Evaluation Plan for the PEACEPLUS Programme, the SEUPB seeks to appoint a service provider(s) to carry out multiple evaluations. There are 13 evaluations in total that will be go out in 3 batches. This competition specifically covers Batch 1 which consists of 1 Implementation evaluation and 3 Impact evaluations: Implementation Evaluation of the PEACEPLUS Programme, PEACE PLUS Impact Evaluation 1 PEACEPLUS Action Plans, Impact Evaluation 2 PEACE Building and Impact Evaluation 7 Children and Young People.
