The subject of this tender is the regeneration of a public space within the Mtarfa Barracks Area, consisting of: A) Site clearance works; B) Demolition and Excavation works; C) Construction of planters; D) Construction of footpaths; E) Installation of MEP services; F) Installation of street furniture; G) Installation of play equipment; H) Landscaping works; I) Maintenance services. The place of acceptance of the works shall be the public space connecting, Triq il-Gilju, Triq-Gizi, Triq il-Frenzja, Triq il-Peprin, Mtarfa, Malta, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be thirty-five (35) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and subsequently five (5) year maintenance services commencing from date of provisional acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
