The subject of this tender is the services of a qualified accountant for the Ħal Qormi Local Council. The place of acceptance of the services shall be at Ħal Qormi, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be one (1) year, extendable for another three (3) years, up to a maximum of four (4) years.
