Sport Ireland Institute requires a centralised Athlete Management System (AMS) with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) capabilities. The system must support approximately 1,000 athlete records across 17 sports, and must be scalable to accommodate growth in both athlete numbers and participating organisations over the contract term.
