Sport Ireland Institute requires a centralised Athlete Management System (AMS) with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) capabilities. The system must support approximately 1,000 athlete records across 17 sports, and must be scalable to accommodate growth in both athlete numbers and participating organisations over the contract term. Tenders should include how the system being offered fulfils the specific requirements listed below. Services include, but are not limited to, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Psychology, Life Skills and Physiology. The system will be used by service providers and administration staff and must be intuitive and easy to use, with user restricted access to data, as defined by Sport Ireland and in compliance with GDPR.
