Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) shall enter into a new contract for the operation of the Norwegian Armed Forces' welfare canteens in the near future. Before the procurement process, NDMA would like to invite written feedback from the supplier market to draft parts of the tender documentation. NDMA requests that tenderers give their input at the latest by Monday 10.08.2026 (15:00). Input will be sent to NDMA via the communication module. NDMA refers to the attached reply form for further information on the implementation of the prior information notice as well as questions that NDMA would like answered. The NDMA said that the pending procurement process would be carried out in accordance with the Concession Contract Regulations (CCR), but that it was not possible to check this by creating the prior information notice as there are currently no e-forms for prior information notice under CCR.
