IDA Ireland is seeking to establish a single supplier Framework for building surveyor services for comprehensive insurance reinstatement valuations of all IDA-owned buildings nationally. The successful tenderer will be required to execute both on-site and desk-based valuation services over a four-year contract period, in accordance with international best practice and applicable statutory requirements.
