Request for Information – Feasibility study of impact evaluation of the Swedish Strategic Innovation Programmes

Formas – a Swedish research council for sustainable development, invites suppliers to provide information relevant to a forthcoming procurement of an impact evaluation of the research and innovation funded by Formas, the Swedish Energy Agency and Vinnova through the 17 Strategic Innovation Programmes (SIP). The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to: •     Map the market’s methodological competence and capacity. •     Identify feasible approaches for analysing long-term effects of the funding in SIP. •     Understand how suppliers would handle a large and heterogeneous portfolio of projects and programmes •     Gather input on data needs, methodological challenges, and cost drivers. •     Inform the design of the upcoming procurement and specification of requirements.
