Construction of Akçakale-Harran Drinking Water Transmission Line

The works covered under this contract is the Construction of Akçakale-Harran Drinking Water Transmission Line, the scope of Works as follows: • Construction of approximately 43 km long transmission lines composed of 400, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 mm steel pipes. • Construction of approximately 1.2 km long 280 mm and 630 mm HDPE pipelines, • Repair and liquid tightness test of existing water reservoir with 15,000 m3 volume. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pipe, fittings, instrument and equipment in the reservoir and its manoeuvre chamber. • Construction of chlorination building of existing reservoir. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning gas chlorination equipment. • Construction of flowmeters, branch, pressure reducing valve, drainage and air release valve chambers. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pipe, fittings, instrument and equipment. • Electrical works including cathodic protection of transmission lines, energy transmission line. • SCADA and automation works.
