Lot 1: Total Annual Estimated Contract Value is less than €500k AND the Call-Off Contract Term (including extensions) may not exceed 48 months. Discrete Services Contract Total Value Limit: €500,000
In summary, the Services comprise: Spoken language interpreting services across multiple languages (except the Irish language) in the following formats: (a) Face to Face Interpreting Services (b) Telephone Interpreting Services (c) Video Remote Interpreting Services. Interpreting services provide real‑time, spoken language support to enable immediate communication in meetings, events, interviews, or live interactions. The Services are more particularly described at Appendix 1 (Requirements and Specifications).
Lot 2: Total Annual Estimated Contract Value is greater than €500k and less than €2m AND the Call-Off Contract Term (including extensions) may not exceed 48 months. Discrete Services Contract Total Value Limit: €2,000,000
