Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, is seeking an experienced contractor to manufacture, deliver, install, maintain and dismantle a pre-designed exhibition stand for the EU Organic Beef & Lamb – Pasture Raised in Ireland campaign at Alles für den Gast 2026, taking place from 7 to 10 November 2026 at Messezentrum Salzburg, Austria. Atlas Marketing Studio, as Bord Bia’s implementing body and appointed agency for the EU-funded programme, will manage and supervise the tender process, coordinate communications with tenderers and oversee delivery of the contract. Bord Bia will remain the contracting authority and final decision-making body. The scope includes technical development, dimension verification, production, transport, installation, graphics, lighting, rigging, furniture, AV equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, safety equipment, venue coordination, on-site support and dismantling. The contractor must comply with Austrian legislation, venue requirements and all applicable health and safety standards. Tenderers must submit a comprehensive fixed-price quotation covering all labour, materials, equipment, transport, venue services, installation, dismantling and project management, clearly identifying any exclusions, assumptions or client-supplied itemsquantities and dimensions, identify any technical concerns before production, and provide a comprehensive fixed-price quotation covering all labour, materials, equipment hire, transport, installation, venue-related services, dismantling and associated project management. Appointment of an experienced exhibition stand contractor to manufacture, transport, install, maintain and dismantle a pre-designed 42 m² exhibition stand for Bord Bia’s EU Organic Beef & Lamb – Pasture Raised in Ireland campaign at Alles für den Gast 2026, taking place from 7 to 10 November 2026 at Messezentrum Salzburg, Austria. The scope includes technical development of the approved design, verification of dimensions, stand construction, graphics production and installation, flooring, lightboxes, overhead banners, lighting, rigging, electrical and plumbing services, furniture, AV equipment, refrigeration, food demonstration facilities, venue coordination, on-site support and dismantling. The contractor must comply with the supplied drawings and technical specifications, Austrian legislation, venue regulations and all applicable health and safety requirements. Atlas Marketing Studio, as Bord Bia’s implementing body and appointed agency for the EU-funded programme, will manage and supervise the tender process and coordinate contract delivery on behalf of Bord Bia.
