This contract will support our Building Safety team with cleaning and clearance services to ensure communal spaces are safe and clean for residents, and comply with building safety regulatory requirements.

This contract was procured by direct award via Procurement for Housing's (PfH) framework for Responsive Housing Repairs & Void Property Services. This framework, and call-off, is governed by PCR2015.
