The contract is for the provision of a fully comprehensive, performance related contract which provides the maintenance, repairs and new installations of NHS Lothian multi-property estate Building Management System (BMS).
The estimated value of the contract is approx. GBP 4.2M, split across several lots, and includes maintenance contracts for open and closed protocol BMS, planned and unplanned repairs, and upgrade projects of aged BMS across the estate.
