Headless Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Market Engagement
NHS 24 is undertaking a preliminary market consultation to inform the potential procurement and implementation of a modern Headless Content Management System (CMS) and wider Digital Experience Platform (DXP) capability. The objective is to understand available market solutions, delivery approaches, commercial models and routes to market capable of supporting a secure, scalable and API-driven platform for the creation, management and reuse of content across websites, mobile experiences, conversational interfaces and future digital channels. The potential requirement may include platform licensing, hosting, implementation, systems integration, content modelling, content migration, user experience design, front-end development, training, support, knowledge transfer and ongoing service management. NHS 24 has not yet determined the preferred procurement approach and is seeking supplier input on alternative delivery models, including platform-only, implementation-only, end-to-end and multi-supplier arrangements. This exercise is for market engagement purposes only and does not constitute a formal procurement competition or commitment to procure. Supplier responses will be used to inform NHS 24's future strategy, scope and procurement approach
