Tromsø municipality is faced with changes in demographics, child and pupil numbers development and financial framework conditions that make it necessary to assess future nursery and school structures. The municipality would like, via this procurement, to obtain a comprehensive, knowledge-based and verifiable basis that can be used as decision support in further administrative and political processes.
