Cleaning services for DPS Stjørdal, Helse Nord-Trøndelag HF

The objective of the procurement is to enter into an ongoing service contract for cleaning services for Nord-Trøndelag Regional Psychiatric Centre (DPS). The building has two floors with a partial base divided between 3,900 m2. Internal ceilings have been executed as both a system and ceilings. Walls are carried out in plaster with painted strip. Wet rooms are mostly tiled. Vinyl, tile and parquet are chosen as the surface of the floor.
