MEC is planning for a major overhaul of the Allen steam turbine at the CHP plant in Maabjerg, Holstebro, Denmark. The unit is a 32 MW twin cylinder condensing turbine commissioned in 1992. To ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the unit a major overhaul of the low-pressure turbine, the reduction gear and generator is needed. Included in this call for tender are also several optional deliveries. For a description of the options, please see section 4 in the Technical Specification, Appendix 1. Purchase or realization of the options are predominantly dependent on the actual findings.
