The Contracting Authority intends to award a new contract with Changes Health and Wellbeing to deliver an Enhanced Mental Health Service in Schools (EMHS) for Children and Young People in Stoke-on-Trent. The recommended award has been made following direct award process c under the provider Selection Regime2023. The contract is for 7 months (with an option to extend for 1 x 12 months ) from 1st September 2026 to utilise a budget of £121,150 (September 26 to March 27) and £219,931 (April 27 to March 28) =£341,081 total budget.
